OMG today at practice was HARD i wanted to die my legs are still jelly and i really am glad that it is worth it for 2 reasons 1.) I will be a better player 2.) I will be in shape -

hey i had the best time today i went swimming and had volleyball and at the pool i ran into Phillip like i said hi and i tried to go in the wrong way and i forgot about the switchy thingy and now i am so EMBARRASSED!!!!
